Christmas Shopping

COMPLAINTS:

I have come to a conclusion. Why is it that [two days after Christmas] everything in the mall is now 30-50% off. I saw plenty of gifts that were given to me, or that I had watched other people buy, which are now half off! It makes no sense. From now on, I am going to tell everyone what I am getting them for christmas, and then follow through two days after, so I save half the money I was going to spend! seriously. 

Also, I would just like to point out that I absolutely despise stores that do not give cash refunds and have an exchange/store credit policy only. what am I going to do with $50 in an accessories store. C'mon, I could've saved $50 on a pair of ankle boots from Aldo. Honestly.

Shannon, My mother, and I played scrabble yesterday while we were waiting for Jessica to get ready to go out. I suck, but one thing that literally made me SO MAD was the fact that i had NO choice but to add TOR to the word REAL to make REALTOR, and I was saving it to wait for the S, which wouldve been put on the triple word score and i wouldve gotten like 21 points. so it was the only thing I could do, without the S so I put it down saying... PLEASE you guys don't put the s there, I'll be so upset i really need those points! (cuz i was losing)... and what does Shannon do? Stares at the bored for a second, and says "sorry jen" as she puts the S down on realtors and with one letter, triples my score of 7 gaining 21 points. WTF! I know it's just a game, but seriously, i was really upset! and Not to mention how many times Shannon tried making up words and I had to correct them, and instead of being a total bitch and telling her to take her tiles back because she lost her turn- i let her switch the word so it worked. In the end, Shannon beat my mother by 8 points and I lost. I told her, she won on false pretenses. I of course, Lost. This is a metaphor, ladies and gentlemen, when people take advantage of you, don't just stand by and let them win, be rude, obnoxious and out of control until the stop taking advantage of you! I didn't, and look, I lost.

anywho. good blog. I got to vent!
