BIRTHDAY!

Sorry, I haven't blogged in over a week! sorry to have neglect you, oh lovely readers! That is, if you even exist... anyhow, this weekend was AHMAZING. I had a wonderful birthday!

Friday, I had the day off and around 6pm I made my way up to EL to start celebrating mi cumpliaños. We drank at jess' and hung out there for the night cuz all of the u-m peeps hogged the bars and I was not going to wait in line.

I didn't sleep until probably 4 and had to be up at 6:30 to start tailgating for the MSU vs UM game. I was feelin' pretty shitty, But I ate some breakfast, took some meds, and survived the tailgate. MSU WON!!!! 2 years in a row! YEAH Spartans! I love to see the look on the snotty, stuck up, UM students after they talk shit all day long... when they LOSE! awww poor babies! maybe you shouldn't be such asses and people might like you guys!

We took a few hours nap after that, ordered in some yummmmy P.F. Changs, and did my birthday cake! After that, the rest of the night was a shit show, obviously. needless to say we ended up at ricks. i spit at the feet of a cop... lol and then we went home screaming the lyrics to party in the USA and then drank more and went to sleep. I'm still recovering.

nothing else to say really. I started reading Stephenie Meyer's new novel The Host I'm not sure how i feel about it... I'm only 40 pages in though so ya never know, I'm just hoping edward pops out of nowhere and starts suckin some buuullloooddddd!!!!

I wish I could display the crazy things my phone is doing! it switches to search, then to voice control, then to the camera, then back to search, and then I cant get it to go to the home screen! AHHH iphone sometimes you make me so mad. but I do love you dearly. everyone make sure to update your software today, we now have SMS! AMAZING! I was so annoyed before when I couldn't send pictures through text messaging. yay!

I'm working tonight, like every night of my life.... hopefully we will be busy! I'm going to request to be cut early though because I wanna go out tonight! what's everyone doing? What's going on? ideas, please!

My birthday is in 1 week!!! woohoooo! I'm kind of sad to be done with teenage years.... but I definitely think 20 will be a good age. Just one year closer to 21, which doesn't matter I guess because technically I'm 32. hahaha...

I'm very irritable right now. I don't know what it is but everything is pissing me off. I was just on the phone with my mom and she very nicely told me she wanted to let me go, but I know she could tell I am annoyed. What's wrong with me? I mean, I just want to shoot everyone! My brother just asked me for $100 so he can take a girl out... like... go get your own money please... when I don't have money I don't walk up to him and say, hey, give me a hundo and i'll pay you back when I get paid, NO, I just don't go out.. thats the price you pay!

I went to dinner with my friend today and wanted to shove a sock down her throat. SERIOUSLY do you honestly have nothing to talk about? other than HIM? The minute she sat down his name came out of her mouth and for 2 hours straight she talked on and on and on and on and on about him. HALF of the stuff she said was repeated stories I had already heard. I seriously wanted to pull my hair out. every time I said something, she had something to relate, about him. "oh I was up on the phone 'til like 3 last night", her reply: "Oh yeah he kept me at work 'til 5 once" yeah bitch you already told me that. I really don't mean to be a complete bitch about it but really she probably wonders why I don't call her that much anymore, cuz every time I see her there's one topic. Sorry, I like to go out and have fun and talk about things other than one guy, who is just gonna f her over anyways. bahh. sorry I just needed to vent.

Big Mac hasn't come home in 2 days. tomorrow I'm going house to house in my sub and looking for the thieves that stole him! :( that's the only explanation.

What would I do without Lori?

So my mother decided to go on a road trip with some of her lady friends, lol. she left us here alone for 10 DAYS! ten whole lonely days! no food, no laundry, no dishes... no MOM! I really under appreciate everything she does for us. If I'm hungry, she makes me food. If I'm sick, she takes care of me. if I half not one clean item of clothing, they're done within hours, and of course, we never run out of dishes. Oh mommy, I love you! COME HOME NOW IM STARVING.

I have a call-back tomorrow at 1. I'm really excited. The casting director said she LOVED me and wants to for sure use me on this show. Keep your fingers crossed! This would do wonders for my resume and also give me a reel to use for future auditions! yay!

On another note, I feel like a little kid again. You know when you are in Elementary/Middle school and there is always that one, hot, man teacher that you have a huge crush on? lol I'm going through a little bit of that right now. Its exciting... hard to focus when he's around!

Big mac is taking over the computer... night lovers. mmm, a big mac sounds delicious. I think i'll get some mcdonalds... I need to go on a diet.

Dedication

So I skipped out on an audition on saturday afternoon because I was exhausted and couldn't get out of bed. they rescheduled one for today... and again I missed because I've had a really long day... they just sent me another email saying that they are having another call in clarkston this sunday. How many chances do they give? If I don't show up for this one, will I get another message saying to come next thursday? lol anywho, I'm really hoping to get a part..

On another note. Disney called me back today! I have a call-back audition on Friday at 1pm! Wish me luck! :)

All else is pretty good. I'm exhausted. I had to be up at 7:30 this morning at the salon by 8. Just got home and am about take an hour power nap before heading to the fish market for the rest of the evening. Hope everyone else's day is just peachy!!

Not much to post about tonight. I just got home from Baileys with some people from the fish market! I let them in on a little secret of mine, and I hope they won't go tellin' everyone (even though they probably will) We had a few beers and chit-chatted about random stuff it was cool, good time! Thanks for the beer Timmy!

I would like to point out something that makes me really mad. This is a topic I will probably touch on pretty often, seeing that I am a woman and all of us ladies obsess over this one. MEN. listen up boys, I need to get something straight with you. Too many times have I come across a guy that I can play the game with just as well, and we go back and fourth pretending that our "relationship" is nothing but a piece of cake, friends that hang out/hook up or whatever situation. I can not come to fathom why guys always need to be so indecisive and fickle. One minute, they want you, the next you're too clingy, when you give them their space, they wonder why you aren't calling. ENOUGh with the games people. I can definitely understand that at the beginning of any romance, is a love game, as my love lady gaga would call it. It all starts with a seductive, flirtatious, mysterious game or chase. But, I'm sorry, after a month or so, it gets irritating, and obviously, guys, you aren't that great at taking the bigger step and coming out and saying 'hey, I like you, this isn't just a game for me'. Well, most of you don't do it cuz, to you, it is just a game, but be straight up about it. If you aren't interested in more than just a piece of ass, TELL US. Most girls won't even get involved with you, some will try to change you, and some will be perfectly okay with it. Just let us know so that we know what we are getting ourselves into! it works much better in the long run and that way we wont be crying in 2 months wondering why you would rather go to the gym than see us! make sense? k cool.

my apologies, that kind of turned into a ramble/venting session. Good night everyone! I'll try and make a more interesting post tomorrow! 2 auditions and work at the salon and the fish market! don't know how I'm gonna get through the day, but I'll def. let you know how it goes!

Kanye? WTF were you thinking?

He is an idiot for ruining Taylor's moment. There is simply no other way to put it or nothing else that needs to be said. I don't know what I would have done if that were me! Poor Taylor! But since Kanye apologized, lets leave it to alcohol for making you act out in inappropriate and disrespectful ways, hopefully kanye stays off the henny at the next awards ceremony!!

On another note, I give mad props to Beyonce for sharing her moment with Taylor in return. It was very sweet of her.

I'm Back!

After over a year and a half of absence from my blog, I decided I wanted to start posting again. hooray! I don't know how long this will last, mostly because I doubt anyone reads my blog and/or cares about what I have to say, but, none-the-less, I figure it is a good way to sort of keep a diary and vent or talk about what I'm feeling...

Still being the night owl that I am, I am thinking about what to post, or write about, and the only thing I keep thinking about is just how much has changed in the last 18 months.

• I had and broke up with a boyfriend whom I dated for a good 10 months. He moved to Miami for grad school and I still miss and think of him everyday.
• I moved into an apt. with my girlies for the 08-09 school year. It was insane and a LOT of partying
• hence, when the lease was up, I decided to take a semester off of school and move back in with my parents in Farmington Hills
• the film industry has come to MI and I am extremely excited to become a part of it. mark my words, i WILL be famous.
• I got a new kitty and a new pup! big mac is my scrumptious little muffin of a kitty cat and I love him dearly. Kita is my rascal of a puppy and she devours everything I own, but who can stay mad at the face of a pretty husky!
• I work at Mitchell's Fish Market
• I am almost 2 years older and much, much wiser.
• I have a twitter account. twitter.com/jennjade
• I have gotten back in touch with several old friends who I love and have missed!
• I assist at a salon for Chrystal Boji and I love working for her and learning about doing hair
• I have entirely different dreams and I have no idea where I'll be in the future, but I know what I want right now and I'm doing everything in my power to get it
• I'm still a night owl, but I can now wake up before noon without a problem! wahoo!
• I gained about 15 lbs. :(
• I chopped off all my hair and now it sits right above my collar bones.

I'm sure there is much more I forgot, but that seems to be the main things I remember changing. Aside from that, I am SO eager to start blogging again and have an odd urge to write. hopefully I can keep things interesting and have nice topics to blog about!
